Technical follow-up meeting on signed agreements

On January 17, 2020, together with representatives of the PNC, PGR, PDDH, CSJ, MJS and FGR, we held a technical meeting to follow up on the agreements signed in July 2019 in the framework of the launch of the OUDH.

Publication of the 2019 Annual Report

On Wednesday June 30, the University Observatory of Human Rights published its first Annual Report 2019: State of human rights in El Salvador. The director of Idhuca, P. José María Tojeria S.J. and technical coordinator of the Observatory, Jorge Rodriguez, attended the launch.

Launch of the OUDH

The official launch of the University Observatory of Human Rights of El Salvador took place on July 23. The event included the signing of cooperation agreements with various state agencies to access public data.

The OUDH is an academic tool that seeks to collect, systematize and provide information on the human rights situation in El Salvador, with the purpose of strengthening the analysis and advocacy for the promotion, protection and defense of these rights.
